DRUNK MONK DISTILLERY
The Drunk Monk Distillery team produce gin perfection. Like the Benedictine Monks who originated the techniques for distilling herbs into a delicious and efficacious beverage, we are a small band of passionate producers and tasters.
As the latest independent gin distillery in Queensland, our aim is to please drinkers who love a great traditional gin taste, and those who appreciate the quality that comes with small- batch production and hand bottling.
A TAILORED FLAVOUR
FROM START TO FINISH
Drunk Monk is one of the few local gin distillers who control the flavour profile of our gin from start to finish. That’s because Drunk Monk Gin is lovingly distilled by hand. And we ferment our own alcohol, then distil, infuse, filter and flavour, allowing us full control of the traditional gin taste we love.
We use a blend of berries to imbue our gin with the highly sought-after traditional crisp and botanical flavour, and a delicate balance of strength and flavour – with 43% alcohol.
We produce one spectacular Signature Gin – crafted from the finest ingredients Australia has to offer, with full-flavoured juniper berries and botanical tones – and one Rhuby Pink Gin – flavoured and coloured with a blush of crisp rhubarb, also a traditional gin botanical.

Drunk Monk Signature Gin is a little naughty and indulgent – so treat yourself. As we hand-make and bottle our gin in small, bespoke batches, you will only find us in some clubs, bars and restaurants between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
